Honestly I can say that my experience wasn’t bad. I see the other reviews and I believe in reviews but I’ve been twice now and it’s been good so far. Not sure if it’s because I’ve had the same nail tech each time but I can’t really complain. Mike was his name he was very nice and he respected the fact that I wanted to be quiet and just relax. After going to one other nail salon in Knightdale that totally messed up my nails I decided to give Embassy a try. Also They were very busy which I took as a positive sign I would come back .

I have been getting pedicures for 30 years. Today, was by far, the worst experience I have ever had. Now, I am not one to only post when I have negative experiences. I work in the customer service industry, so I am extremely familiar with what excellent customer service is. I took one of my best friends there today for pedicures. I selected Lavender pedicures for both of us. The gentleman and woman that did our pedicures were very good. I was very happy when I was done. The problem exists when I went to pay. I was treating my friend. The bill was so high that I asked for a breakdown. When they said my friend’s pedicure was $91.00, I kept saying no that must be my portion. The woman repeatedly said no the $91.00 was for my friend. I said there is no way her pedicure was $91.00. The woman then said it was $65 for the pedicure and an additional $26 for gel. Both my friend and I stated we have NEVER and I repeat NEVER paid an additional $26 for gel on a pedicure. Then another woman stated that she had told my friend it would be $26 more. This was NOT true as I was in the chair rite next to her. I am so very disappointed because I thought I had found a new place to go to. If there was a way to select zero ⭐️, believe me, I would.

This place is horrible. It stinks inside and they lady did a poor job on my feet. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and she literally scrub the bottom of my feet for 1 minute.

The only reason why I care to do a review is because this service is $50 dollars. The lady who works her is super sweet but I had a gentleman who did my pedi. He for better lack of words didn’t have good bed side manners. Seemed to come off moody and irritated. I wanted to ask him if he was okay, even though I could tell he wasn’t. As my experience was coming to an end my “favorite” part was when he didn’t care to slip my Sandals on my feet…. instead he placed my sandals on top of me feet….. This was a first…. Not to mention he just didn’t have a spirit of kindness which is fine but don’t take it out on me as the customer who is paying for a “Therapeutic Pedi Treatment” I would just advise, even if the place is cute doesn’t mean the experience is. I wished I payed attention to the rating of this place.

i got a gel pedicure not even a week ago, after 3 days one of the nails was peeling off and i got it fixed. Today (6 days later) another one is peeling off. I paid $65 for my GEL polish to not even last a week. I don’t have endless amounts of money, nail embassy.

I went in for a SNS manicure and the tech was constantly being pulled for other jobs. My maincure was rushed and then 2 days later they all fell off like they were fake press on nails. I have never had SNS come off like a press on nail. Wouldn’t recommend. Gel manicures

Went in with a bridal party (we scheduled 6 months in advance), they took other clients before the entire bridal party was seen. I asked for a gel manicure & pedicure. They did not allow the proper drying time between coats, so the polish “blistered” and peeled. I was also there for 3 hours for this to be done (normally is about an hour at most) and they double charged me. Will not recommend this place, nor will I be going back.

My first experience 2 months ago was what I thought was going to be the beginning of a long time business relationship. I was surprisingly pleased with Lee Lee’s work as the last time I’d dealt with them 6+ years ago, service was beyond poor. My last visit, I was charged twice, once on two different cards. She swiped my card, twice, then asked for another way to pay and handed me the declined slip. I wasn’t worried and handed her another card, she swiped, I signed and left. Got outside and decided to check my accounts. $60 Charge on one card. $65 on another. Went inside and 3 women speaking in their native to each other about the situation and then Lee Lee to me, explained that what I was seeing in my accounts was incorrect. Ended with, come back Tuesday when the manager is here, Diane. They explained this happens regularly (keep that in mind) and when I asked if I should just pay with cash going forward…that wasn’t what they preferred. Today, I made an appointment with Lee Lee, asked for 6, they said 6:30, brought cash to pay. When I arrived she had someone in her chair she’d literally just started. She eventually came over to see what I wanted…and said she’d tried calling me back to tell me to come tomorrow. The service(lack thereof) is beyond POOR! We won’t be back. Sad thing is, no matter how much you spend, businesses don’t want to respect you nor do they value your business.

I’ve been going to Embassy nails for the last three years. The tech that was doing my nails for the last 2 years recently left so I’ve been having to go to the other techs. Lately, the “techs” they’re hiring are very amateur and do sloppy work. When you bring it to their attention and ask them to fix it they get an attitude and become blatantly disrespectful raising their voices at you and talking about you in their native language to their colleagues. On one occasion a “tech” even told me she wasn’t even a tech nor certified but she came in to help due to staffing shortage during the pandemic. She did not know what she was doing at all and I had to request another tech. They are very unprofessional, including the manager, whom I expressed my concerns to and instead of giving her employees constructive criticism/ feedback and coaching, she brushes it off and says she can’t help you. I spend nearly $200 each time on my nails and feet, including upgrades; designs, shapes, etc), not to mention tips, and I expect to be treated with respect and receive good customer service when I’m spending my hard earned money to support their business. I went yesterday and had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I asked the tech if could do a particular rhinestone placement, that my previous tech there did for me all the time, and she instantly started making excuses talking about my finger is too small for that particular placement. Yet I showed her a picture of my nails from a previous visit with the design I wanted and there’s no way my finger got smaller. When I pointed this out to her she then started complaining saying it’s too time consuming and she should charge $25 per nail for rhinestone placement when it’s always been $10 per nail and that’s clearly what the price list states. I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality services and decent customer service.
