The first time I went in no one greet me and I said ok maybe it’s just the the language barrier. I ask for acycrlic on both of my toes and hands with gel on top. The final result was ok. I feel like the shape could have been better. Anyways the biggest disappointment is that 2 nails broke literally 2 days after. When I went in for them to repair nails they kept telling to come back. Total rip off . Stay away unless you want pay 75 dollars for a set than only last 2 days. They totally deserve this review for there bad attitudes and horrible customer service.

I went to get my nails done about a couple weeks ago. Don’t get me wrong the ladies are very nice. But my nails didn’t come out anywhere close to what I was asking. Plus the lady that was doing my manicure for some reason start to drill at my nails with an electric nail drill. Which let me tell you, I didn’t have acrylic nails nor was I wanting to get acrylic nails. So now my nails are super thin

Wow wow! This nail salon is my absolute favorite!! I’ve tried so many here in LA. I’m so glad I have found Em Nails Spa, the staff is amazing. They are beyond welcoming, caring, and patient! I’ve had Hayley and Mendy do my gel manicure art. I always come with a creative design and they both have delivered GREATLY!! Just like the picture I show them. They are beyond talented, they are artists. I highly recommend this place for any service you need. Lana also was there and did my pedicure and my goodness, if you struggle with ingrown toenails, Lana is YOUR GIRL! She was so kind and patient and delivered me from pain from my ingrown toenails. I love this place so much, everyone is so kind. So what are you waiting for, go get your nails done girls!

I just got my nails done and I’m really sad to say that I’m not that much of a fan since I paid $81 and then gave a $12 🙁 The tip was for the manager and the super sweet lady that stayed even after closing to finish my nails and for fixing any crooked nails I had. It means a lot, just wish I hadn’t been told to come in at 7:15 and didn’t get started until around 7:40? because my nails felt rushed. I asked for a french tip like in the picture of the green nails along with the shape and with the design of the red tiger stripes :/ I expected for them to look really good for the price that I paid but wasn’t met with other my expectations. Also, the acrylic is actually attached to some of my cuticles which has them in pain and I’ve attempted to file the acrylic away from them. I’ve been filing for a straighter shape on my left hand which isn’t something i feel i should have to do for almost paying $100. There was excess acrylic on my fingertips and around my cuticles which i had to rip off which resulted in my skin peeling off. Overall my nails are sensitive because they weren’t held during filing. I’ve been coming here all throughout high school and even after I graduated and always had great experiences. I came here as last minute to get a sns fill. First of all for being a Friday they were available and that’s a big plus for me. My nail lady was super nice and attentive and she did a good job on my nails. I rarely get my nails done but now I now where to go next time I want to get them done again.

My daughter and I are extremely happy about our nails. The staff are very nice and did a quick and amazing job. It’s 2 weeks later and or nails still look great! We have found our new spot.

Hally and all of the ladies in her shop are true professionals. I have been coming here for fifteen years when it was under another ownership. The changes Hally has made are fabulous. I have had Hally do my SNS nails for the past few months. I can’t believe how many compliments I receive on them. In addition, I have had Hally do some nail art. She painted the most amazing sunflower on my ring finger nail. It looked so real! She and her staff are nice, professional and very understanding. I took my special needs sister to get a pedicure and a gel manicure yesterday. They made her feel so special and did a beautiful job on her nails. I will only go to this spa for my nail, waxing and grooming needs. Simply put they “Are the BEST!”
