Critical: Quality, ValueNails themselves look really good but he clumped the polish on my left hand (my right hand looks beautiful) which made a couple nails lumpy and i didn’t notice until i left (first, second and fourth photo) . Polish is also pretty sheer on some fingers (third photo) . Also got quite a bit of acrylic on my skin which i asked him to fix and he did but he didn’t get all the acrylic off so i had to pick it off. Nails themselves look really good but he clumped the polish on my left hand (my right hand looks beautiful) which made a couple nails lumpy and i didn’t notice until i left (first, second and fourth photo) . What a beautiful salon with a group of friendly staff! The salon got a complete makeover from new spa chairs to modern decor. On top of the great ambience and all their COVID precautions (everyone wore masks and each station has partition), the service is amazing. Anna did my french gel manicure and she was so attentive. I have a good feeling this manicure will last for weeks! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and good service salon in Scottsdale.
