My first visit, recommended by a friend. On time, very clean and thoroughly professional for an excellent price. My technician didn’t speak English and just walked away when she finished. I finally got up to pay after sitting alone for about 20 minutes and was told she had to leave for a doctor’s appointment. That was odd, and there was no way to leave a tip on the bill.

Avoid this nail salon at all costs. at first it seems like a nice place, it appears clean.. always appears empty. Which at first I was very enticed by. Turns out it is incredibly understaffed, mismanaged and has the poorest customer service ever. The owner is terrible at doing nails.. he cut me many times and never apologized once. The pedicures are a 2/10 on the relaxing or good scale. They never have time for anything unless you make an appt in advance and even then you’ll probably end up waiting. It’s literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. I have no idea why people go.. I think it’s just the only nail salon in the area that ‘appears’ nice. Oh, and it’s actually creepily quiet inside. No music.. just silence and if you need to answer your phone or make any noise whatsoever be prepared for stares. Its the opposite of relaxing.. avoid this place.

Made an appointment for two manicures, showed up on time and asked to wait. waited 15 minutes when one manicurist (the gentleman) was available. so they took my daughter I waited another 10 minutes and another customer came in and got a manicurist before me.. I asked the gentleman who worked there if he forgot I wanted a manicure and he said someone would be right with me. without an apology or explanation. the same gentleman working on my daughter left her multiple times to answer the phone and help new customers pick out polish colors. She felt rushed and ignored…I will not be returning…customer service is key

Went back today, he did an awesome multicolor dip on a slant vs the curve and I LOVE IT! David gave me a great pedi & matched my color perfectly to compliment the nails, we chose pink! Spotless place and my nails were done to perfection by Patrick. Am anxious to try the pedicure- the massage chairs are wonderful. Natalie is very nice and helpful. Had a glass of wine at wine and flower shop next door while my nails dried. Great day!!
