I always go to this place for threading every time they did a great job but today one the ladies working over there did my eyebrows and I told her to keep them broad and she did it thin and took a hair in between which made my eyebrows look like a step. Also, I told her that she ruined it and she didn’t even said sorry she just took the money and said it’s not that much noticeable. I feel so bad I’m not going to that place anymore.

Highly disappointed with the service I received. Got a Brazilian wax, the younger girl working there is not experienced enough. After a few minutes when I left the store I felt my skin was burning. I got home and I saw that big red scar on my skin. After few days it turned into black colour, I tried to get rid of it with ice but it wasn’t helping at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting wax there!

The younger girl working there is not exoerienced enough, in my opinion. I’ve gone there many times for tinted brows and threading. Always satisfied with the other ladies. This time she made my brows too skinny and thin, tinted them too dark for my complexion, and the tint was coming off on everything. This has never happened before but I didn’t want to make a big deal. Now I know why all the customers were waiting for the other ladies. I stilled tipped her and left but I won’t go back! She needs more practice but not on me.

Although nice ladies, work is extremely poor. If you are looking for a place that does not pay attention to detail, does not cut or groom eyebrows prior to threading, and leaves large hair areas around eyebrows undone, this is your place.
