Worst experience!!! I don’t live in this area. I came here to get my eyebrows done, I explained to her; how I like them. Just clean up, she said ok. She starts doing them , when she was done. One eyebrow was nice, the other eyebrow was so thin. To a point there’s was almost no hair. I told her she went to thin on this side!! She answered me, I did what you said, just clean , didn’t touch it . I left it , because you don’t grow there. I was so upset! My heart drop how so thin it was. I end up paying, I usually never have a problem Never leave a bad review.

The lady that did my lashes was so nice and started conversation! At first I was a little iffy of them because in the beginning they don’t look like the best thing in the world but be patient because she is not finished! And She did amazing! I’m obsessed with my lashes they look beautiful! Definitely recommend coming here. I will 100% be returning for a fill!

I took my mom on a spa day, and we decided to give them a try. It was only one esthetician there but we were the only customers so that was fine. I asked about the price of the lashes she said 30-40 bucks depending on style.I wanted long natural, and my mom went for the med/small length.She threaded my moms eyebrows and they looked good. After she finished the eyebrows , she asked if she could do someone else’s eyebrows who had walked in , we agreed that was fine as lashes do take a while. She started on my lashes , she applied the first row and another girl walked in to get her eyebrows done so while I waited for them to dry, the customer asked me if it was okay if she could squeeze in between my mother and I eyelash applications. My mom said it was okay. But instead of waiting she went ahead and did the girls eyebrows during the time my first row was drying. MIND YOU SHE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS BETWEEN CLIENTS. When my lashes we done my left eye was uneven but at this point I’m ready to leave, she turned around and did my moms , that’s when I noticed she was using the same tweezers from client to client. She did my moms quickly. They were even. So now it’s time to pay and she tells me that the balance is 121.00. I did not understand how my mother and I had the same price for 2 different lengths of lashes. Which totaled to 55.00 a set which was over the price she originally said for lashes that weren’t even the whimsical or full volume styles.At the time I did not want to upset my mother so I paid it with a smile. It is now 8 days later and my whole left eye is lashless. I am willing to pay the money for good quality , this was not quality. I wanted to like this place as it is literally around the corner from my house. Plus the glue was noticeable when you were to look in my face. Overall I will not be coming back here.

Awesome service. Have had my lashes done for eyes every where you can think off . From the very expensive to the less expensive. And today I came here at my local Walmart and found this gem . My lashes look amazing. And you’ll think I spent high end price for this . And it’s so very inexpensive, for really high end quality. I’m so happy. Thank you em lash studio. You’re the best .
