It was bad! I got a threading and tint. My tinting was uneven and I asked the lady nicely multiple times for her to fix it and she kept arguing that it was fine. I didn’t like the turnout of the threading and that is why I asked for the tint. She made my brows so thin and small and she took off so much hair , it was so bad. $19 wasted on something I hated . I’m glad I knew how to do my eyebrows myself or I would’ve been very upset. She was so rude and would not fix it , and would only make it worse. The customer is always right and I felt she should’ve been fixing it the way I wanted it. I kept a nice attitude and did not go out of tone or voice and it wasn’t enough. I’m never going here again.

This was hands down the most unprofessional and awkward Brazilian I have ever received. The worker had made a few very rude and inappropriate comments to me during the session. As I returned home I realized she had left so much wax on my body and failed to remove it. My skin was literally sticking to my cloths. I can understand if there is some slight wax left… but it was HUGE CLUMPS OF WAX ALL OVER. Not to mention the store was incredibly dirty. The back room where the waxing takes place should be sanitized but there were literally stains on the sheets they have you lay on! EW!!! The worst part of this is while I was getting the wax done, the worker would literally leave the room AND LEAVE THE DOOR WIDE OPEN WHILE I WAS UNCLOTHED!!!! I could not believe what I was experiencing needless to say I will not be returning to this location nor do I recommend anyone to.

I went on Monday, March 12th sometime between 5 and 5:30pm. There was only one lady there. I had Gone once before and had a great experience, but I was so mad and disappointed the second time I went on Monday with the person who was there that I just couldn’t pass up on writing a review so that this can be handled. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, I still paid and just wanted to get out of there. When I arrived she was seeing another customer. But she left the customer to tend to me. I feel like because of that she was rushing on me or felt I was an inconvenience because the way she threaded my eyebrows was painful, rough, and fast. She left a cut on my eyelid. Missed some spots. And the whole time she was grabbing my hands to put them on my eyes to hold my eyelids and moving my face by my chin VERY ROUGHLY. I was uncomfortable and she was actually hurting me. Never in the history of me doing my eyebrows has any lady done my eyebrows in that manner. It was horrible I didn’t leave a tip and she seemed mad about that. Will never be going back as long as she’s there. I’m not sure if that’s her style of if she was just rushing on me because the other client was waiting….
