I got lash extensions and they started coming off in less than 24hours and I left the place with still extra glue on my eyelids not cleaned, I also did my eye brows and lip +chin and they not nice at all if you wanna get good tips you have to be nice and not charge me 20% tips that’s not ok at all.

Definitely lost a customer. I had my lashes done this past Saturday and they were coming off within 24 hours, I called and explained what happened and they had me come in , I drove 43 mins from my house just for them to do a worst job ,I had empty spaces in both eyes , she put some lashes that were not the right ones and instead of removing the wrong ones she just put the correct ones on top my lashes are filled with an extremely heavy amount of glue and even like that they are still falling off . The staff is very rude ,there is one girl who is really nice and she is very new but I unfortunately can not remember her name . I will not be returning.

This place has changed a lot. Employees are not welcoming.; they are kind of rude. Before, this place was much better. Let me start by saying that this pass Wednesday I stopped by Walmart and decided to do my eyebrows. It was around 6 pm . There’s a sign at the main entrance that says to wait to be called. So, I waited and then the lady that was working there ;the first one at the door gave me some hand signals and I was like ” what is she saying ” then she approaches to me and with an attitude told me “We are closed ” , Then I saw my watch and it was not even 6:40 pm. Then, I felt bad and decided to wait a little longer, and then I saw more customers going in. I was like ” wow ” . defiantly, not going back. I had to go to East Boston where they treat people better than this place. I don’t recommend this place Anymore.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to the studio they have inside the walmart in Alvin Texas. Let me just start by saying this is the best work i’ve ever had done to my brows. I had them threaded and tinted. I never trust just anyone on touching my eyebrows or face in general but im so glad I took the risk today. All questions I had were answered. All Staff was very professional and so friendly! I left extremely satisfied and I will absolutely be back for some more work!! I went to the studio they have inside the walmart in Alvin Texas.
