The lady never listens when you tell her what to do with your eyebrows .she is very rough and I got cut on my eyebrow and the second time I went there I got my lip cut and it was bleeding. She is extremely rough on the skin and she pulled a lash. I do not recommend them. And just wants to finish so you can pay her. I’d rather pay $20 and have my eyebrows and lip done correctly then leave with a cut Skin and pulled eyelashes

I showed the woman a picture of what my brows looked like, and asked if she could do the same thing. Not only did my brows look nothing like the picture, but she ruined them so now I all I can do is wait until they grow out again. She was saying that my brows were light and thin, which they are, but the picture I showed her were my brows, shaped how they usually are done. Do not recommend going here, unless you genuinely do not care about how your brows are done.

I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows. Praygna who is the owner always goes above and beyond to work with my schedule. She even stayed later one day since I was running late and made sure I got taken care of. Their prices and services are great and I will continue getting my work done here.

I came in to get my eyebrows done and there was one other girl already waiting beside me then another customer walks in (whom I assume is a regular) and they end up helping her before me and the other girl, WE WERE ALREADY THERE FIRST. Pretty unprofessional.
