Hello, I am extremely particular about whom I let wax and thread for me. I have to recommend Kita who is excellent with waxing and threading overall (lip, face, lip (u & l), as well as personal areas (arms, legs, bikini, etc.). She is clean, professional, and kind. It does not take her a long time, and most important she’s very thorough. She makes sure she gets EVERY hair. Please don’t take my word, try her for yourself. She’s one of the best in our area. Great day!

I will NEVER return! I came here last month and specified I wanted straight brows, no arch. The woman who did them did great. I came back today and a different woman did them, I told her to do them straight, no arch. She says “like mine?” I told her NO and showed her what I meant several times and she said “Ok round” I said STRAIGHT! She told me she understood. Once she finished they were ARCHED like a cat’s back. I was SO upset. I told her she didn’t do what I asked and she began making excuses such as “You went too long without having them done” & “I can’t see the natural pattern of your eyebrow” And “If I did them straight they would have been too thin” BINGO so you did what YOU wanted to do and not what I asked. I showed her a picture of me from last time and said THIS is what I wanted done, your partner did them last time and she acted confused. So then she told me to lie back and I said no it’s fine and she lied and said she missed a few hairs, but instead arched them even more, making them thin and also left a patch in my left brow on the tail. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip, did I still tip her? I did, but they have most definitely lost me as a customer.

Kiran, Sonu, Shital – I so love this place. These ladies are so very sweet and the best. My special person is Kiran. I never have a problem with my eyelashes or the tinting of my eyebrows even though I have sensitive skin. Kiran takes time with me, she knows exactly what I want without me saying it because I have been a regular customer for over a year. I thank God for these precious ladies.
