I’m very specific in the services that I want to receive (eyebrow shape, thickness, etc.). I have repeatedly come here due to convenience and each time they have ignored my requests when threading my brows. They tell me that I should also thread my forehead and face since I’m ‘excessively hairy.’ I won’t come back because every experience was a negative one.

I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes and the wait time is ridiculous. There are three people ahead of me and they have just one aesthetician. They need to hire more people. They are open from 10am but if you just have one aesthetician then they won’t be able to cater to everyone’s needs. The service is good if they are able to get you in time!

Critical: QualityDo not get eyelash extensions here! the lashes were applied with such a thick amount of glue that it was beyond uncomfortable to blink and all i could focus on was the discomfort on my eyes. Wish somethings they did were better esp with lashes like instead of gluing on top of old ones that are coming off just replace it but the ladies their are sweet and get u in and out

The first visit was very good. The brows looked spot on – thick and perfect. My second visit turned horrible with one eye brow thinner than the other. As much as we don’t want to choose the stylist, I think we need to ask who we prefer do the brows. Now, I have to use eye brow pencil for 5mins to match the brows thickness. Ridiculous experience. I should appreciate the fact that the stylist accepted her mistake but I still have to deal with this until it grows.

I read very mixed reviews for this location but I don’t see what the fuss was about. I went in and was seated immediately. She listened to my preferences and did accordingly. Results came out very nice. I only gave 4 stars cause she left a couple of hair here and there but nothing major that I couldn’t tweeze out myself. Would definitely be going back
