You cannot go wrong when it comes to your hair if you choose Em & CO. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. The music is always awesome. Emily Jordan always works to make me feel like my hair is nothing short of beautiful beautiful. Sometimes the wait for an appointment is lengthy but it is always worth the wait. I always get so many compliments on my hair after a day at their salon! Top notch!

After struggling finding someone after my stylist left over a year ago, I finally found someone who exceeded my expectations. Emily English listened to me and what I was trying to achieve with my hair, looked at pictures I brought and asked questions to get the best color and cut I’ve had in over a year. She took the time to explain why my hair was struggling and what I can do to make it healthier and explained what she was putting in my hair and how it worked. On top of that, she asked that when I come back to give her something I love about my hair and something that I didn’t like so she can improve on it. Above and beyond y’all. Go see her! She’s great!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityA client of mine was unable to make the trip out of town to see me so she took a referral from a friend which led her to Emily at this salon.Emily refused to provide the service that was requested stating that my clients hair was “too badly damaged” and then went as far as insulting her saying that only albinos should have that color hair . She proceeded to put some sort of “ toner “ on her roots and now it’s a complete disaster.My client left in tears, but NOT because of her hair but because of the way she was spoken to by a “professional”.
