I honestly love this place so much. When you walk in it’s such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Alicia is so kind and knows her stuff. She took the time to understand my wants and needs before even starting my session. Which is great considering i do have certain pains on my body from a past car accident. She also took the time to talk to me about the after effects and the proper way to take care of myself after my massage (drinking water etc.) i felt absolutely amazing after my first session. If you want a relaxing atmosphere with no judgment i highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it

I was in a horrific motorcycle accident 15 years ago. Over the years I have tried physical therapy, chiropractors and other massage therapists. None of provided much relief. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage my daughter bought me for the holidays. I went in with very low expectations. My massage therapist was Alicia. She was very pleasant. I told her my story and she made sure each affected area was treated appropriately. After my massage she offered my a bottle of water, which was a nice unexpected perk. I never have had so much relief that lasted for days! I can’t wait to go back!

Alicia Roberts was suppose to be my massage therapist for a 2hr massage booked at the end of November. She has cancelled 3 times. She is currently the only therapist at this location, the other one is on maternity leave. The unprofessionalism is unreal. We have rescheduled this appointment for almost a month and she has undoubtedly cancelled every time on the day of, 1-2 hours beforehand. I have moved my schedule around for the past 3 weeks for this to happen. I’m very glad I didn’t get a massage here, I can only imagine what the quality of the massage would be like with a therapist like this. How is this place suppose to survive when they cancel their customers constantly. Take your money and business elsewhere!

Please beware of some of the comments since some are from the same family and is not true. Not only did I go to College with this therapist, but I got to enjoy the at home amenities and the positive vibes that come from this place, any issue, she will work with you. It’s hard to find a place that makes you feel secure and comfortable enough to relax without worrying about anything in the world. Amazing job.

Massage Therapist was a “no show” not once, but TWICE! Different excuses each time. Do NOT book here. Asked for a refund which they asked “how much do we owe you?” You should be able to have the transaction on record. STAY AWAY!!! Unprofessional and unreliable.
