I waited to write a review until I’d been there a few times. This is my third time going there and I have to say I am impressed. I had Kevin twice. Lin once. Both were great! Lin was very gentle. Kevin definitely goes a little harder but to be honest I appreciate all that attention to detail. I brought back a Christmas design this time and didn’t even realize how tedious it was going to be. I even had the girl next to me asking to see the design, other nail techs were leaning in to take a peak, and Kevin even took a picture after it all was said and done. This is an example of “what I asked for vs what I got.” Kevin did AMAZING! He even said this was his first time doing something like this. Huge shout out to Elysian Nails and Kevin. Thank you so much! Now a very loyal customer!

They do a good job every time I go but the the last time I went the design I asked for ended up boosting my price up $35. I didn’t know this until the end. They need to be up front about additional charges if they are being honest nail techs.

Kevin is the best! I’m so happy I found someone who knows his stuff. Whenever I got nails ( I prefer the Dip) it always chipped within a week or two. When Kevin does my nails it lasts for four weeks or more and they look beautiful! Dip powder, Pedicure

Previously a very happy customer of Elysian, but new business model changes will have me searching for a new shop. No longer offering a choice of sugar rub and lotion scents and Elysian did NOT inform me prior to beginning pedicure service. Tech used a floral lavender/lilac scent, and I’m am highly allergic to floral scents. No hot towel wrap, although it is listed in the service description and the massage was weak at best. The tech was nice enough to come back and polish the tips of my nails when I pointed out that he forgot, but I have brush marks in my polish. My previous appointment was fabulous, and that was the level of service I was expecting today. The crew did not deliver. Four hours after my appointment I have a whopper of a headache, my eyes are still burning, my throat is sore and my sinuses are aching from the surprise floral “treat” . I’m hoping I don’t have infected sinuses tomorrow since this service chosen in preparation for a much anticipated celebratory vacation. Extremely unhappy. I left feeling as if they had devious to not provide product change information prior to beginning the service.

The nail tech I worked with said she could do the design I showed her at the beginning of the service. She had another nail tech attempt to help her. It was pretty evident that they could not complete the task and the nail tech assisting said he had another client to service, so I said if they had to, they could paint it solid. I left really disappointed with my nails not even somewhat resembling what I had hope for with my manicure. Not only that, but I have pretty large bare spots on my nails where the gel was not applied near the cuticles. I paid for my services and left as I was truly disappointed and didn’t want to make a scene in the salon. I had heard good things about this salon, but do not plan on returning.

I would give them zero stars but that is not allowed. Kim is no longer owner & shop has lost the family feel. Went for appt and what use to cost 45.00 is now $77.00 $55.00 for a fill then They charged 10.00 to file down old acrylic nail before building up with new color. They charged $5.00 for shaping the nail & 5.00 for the length. Top it all off they now charge a $2.00 service fee for credit card. Kim does not look happy as he mopes around the shop. Not going back.

I have been going to Kim for YEARS. Kim is very thorough and does a great job. I suffer from pain caused by rounded toenails that lead to ingrowns. Kim is the best around at getting them out! So happy to be pain free!
