This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve been to a lot of salons but this one is definitely at the top of my list. All the staff are very friendly and the salon is so nice and clean. I definitely recommend this salon.

I have gone several times and had wonderful manicures and pedicures with Vivian! She is fantastic! The reason for my one star review is that I had an appointment on a Friday at 4:00 and Thursday evening I found I had a mandatory work meeting at that same time. I called as soon as they opened Friday morning (10:00am) to reschedule and was told there would be a $30 rescheduling fee for EACH SERVICE! I had a manicure and pedicure scheduled and they also count the polish as a service. So, they wanted to charge me $90.00 to reschedule my appointment. I had never canceled an appointment prior to this one. I know with it being a Friday afternoon appointment they probably had my spot filled within a few hours! Really disappointing that they would charge such a high fee for rescheduling an appointment! Needless to say, I will not be going back!

This place is great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The place is kept very clean and I had no problems calling and making my appointment. The reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the nail tech who did my nails was very rough with the drill and cut a few of my fingers. She is very talented and a very sweet lady. I love how my nails turned out it was just painful. I will definitely be coming back despite the minor issue.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Most of them do great nails, no denying that but their policy is trash. Last year I was hospitalized and in the ICU so I wasn’t able to call and cancel my appointment. And supposedly since I didn’t call after I got out the hospital (which was two weeks later), I can’t ever make an appointment again. It took me several weeks/months to recover after getting out.. and calling a nail salon was supposed to be on my priority list? Lol okay. So word of advice, make sure they are a priority even when you are on your death bed and and can’t/forget to call.

I made an appointment for a full set of acrylic + gel polish. My nails were removed by DJ, and Gabby completed my new set! She took SUCH good care of my nails! Gabby took her time, paid such attention to detail, and did and incredible job!!! I am so so so picky about shape, the way the tips are applied, and thickness of the acrylic, and Gabby did them perfectly!! Absolutely LOVE this place!!! I’ve been religious with my nail girl for years, but I had to find a new place because of COVID. I made an appointment for a full set of acrylic + gel polish. This was my first time coming here. I had a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was excellent and very relaxing. She did a great job. I had a different technician for my acrylic set. She used the drill too far down and ended up going past the cuticles on each nail and cut the skin! It has been hurting for a few days. Multiple fingers were bleeding and you can now see that scabs. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this was probably the worst experinence I’ve ever had.
