Haven’t even been to the spa was about to book an appointment until I saw on their website that if you fail to show up to your appointment not only will they charge your card the full amount of the service but they will charge a late fee on top of that as well … are they serious?? What a scam! I will never ever give this place my business. Just wanted to warn anybody if you’re thinking of booking here u better call to cancel or they’ll take u for all ur worth with those prices!

Had a medical emergency in my family and they charged us for half of the services. Horrible customer service. We called hours in advance on a Friday to cancel bc we had to go to the hospital. I’m sure they were able to fill the slots too. We are a family of 5 women and used to love coming here but will not be back with service like that.

I’ve had a couple of good experiences in the past, but after my last gel manicure I don’t think I’ll be returning. The tech started almost 15 minutes late for me and then tried rushing my gel manicure removal – my nails only soaked in acetone for 2-3 minutes before she attempted to scrape the gel off. She was then adamant that I didn’t have gel polish on and it was something else – I tried to explain to her that I’m 100% sure that it was OPI gel polish, just quite thick because I had 2 layers of base coat, 2 layers of white, and 2 layers of neon color, and that it probably just needed more time to soak. She was adamant that it wasn’t gel and said that they must have poured acrylic or something else into the gel bottle and refused to hear me out, then used an e-file to remove much of the gel instead of giving it time to soak off – my nails are definitely weakened because of it. I’m 100% certain that it was regular gel on my nails, she just didn’t remove it appropriately.
