I asked for gel full set woth mate nail polish and i didnt get that . My nails was soo crooked that he kept saying ill fix it but never did untill i asled him to please take it off . Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe nail tech absolutely mangled my cuticle. She cut it, I let out an “ouch” and she didn’t even acknowledge she caused me pain. My cuticle continued to bleed for the rest of the appointment- approximately 30 minutes. This was because she interrupted the process of coagulation with wiping the area, going over it with a brush, etc. did not allow for a scab to form.The place was also very dirty. The nail file was white from being used on what I can only guess was a lot of customers. The file bits she used were beyond worn down. The cuticle cutter she used that caused me to bleed went right back into her drawer- was not placed for sterilization or to be even wiped off. That’s an absolute health hazard.
