What a joke. Don’t let the reviews fool you. This is the worst nail experience I have ever had. No one said hello literally the nail tech came over and starred at me. They did not push my cuticles back and barely attempted to shape my nails. The powder dip was sloppy and they left me sitting there when I was done. I was waiting for them to put lotion on my hands. That never happened. I was told lotion was $5 extra. My sister got a pedicure it was sloppy as well. Please avoid this place at all cost. This was a huge waste of my money and time.

I have been coming to this salon for 15 years and have never been disappointed. Jenna is an EXCELLENT stylist; talented and versatile. And for pedicures, Bella is just amazing! The salon offers a variety of services in a clean, relaxing environment with convenient parking next to the Food Lion grocery.

Well when I first entered the shop, I was not greeted probably because I was black in a predominately white neighborhood. I just got my nails done on Monday night (gel polish) and they look horrible. I came in before 6pm (my appointment time) and still had to wait 20 minutes before I could sit down. The nail tech was rushing because they close at 7 and he was struggling to get the polish out of the bottle because they ran out (I could have picked a different color if I was given the option too). My nails looked worse once I got home; the lines are not clean and I have polish all on my cuticles/skin/sides of finger nails (can’t get it off because it is gel and the polish on my nail would come off too if I tried) Some parts of my nails are not completely painted and I didn’t realize that until I got home. Plus, the polish has chipped a bit on my pointer finger.
