I love Elume! I’ve been here 3 times now for microneedling and IPL facials. Shaheen is amazing – she’s very knowledgeable and always realistic about what results you can expect. She never tries to oversell you. I trust her guidance, and she provides excellent post procedure care recommendations. She even offered to text her if I have questions about what products to use. The spa is clean and comfortable and her pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service rendered. Definitely will keep coming back!

Elume Medspa is the absolute best! As soon as I walk in, Vi, is always there to greet me with a smiling face. She is so cheerful, and has a great energy about her. I have been getting Botox with Olga for a long time, she is gifted. I have tried other spas and technicians, but she is hands down the best! Botox is technique sensitive, and Olga has it!! She always knows exactly what I want, even when I don’t. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing, and ensure that I am happy with the results. I never look “frozen” or fake, and the results last longer than they have when I have gone elsewhere. I have recommended Elume to all my friends.

I’ve been going to Shaheen at Elume Medspa for the past 3 years, and have never gone anywhere else again. I was living in Charlottesville for the majority of that time, and despite having other medspas near me, I always opted to make the 2 hour commute back home just so I could go to Elume. I’ve had experience with several other medspas for laser hair removal, and I can honestly say that Shaheen is one of the most attentive, detail-oriented, and honest technicians you’ll find in this business. She gives a lot of time to your treatment and makes sure you get what you pay for. No technician at other medspas ever took more than 5-7 minutes on my facial laser treatments (yes, just 5-7..I wish I was kidding), but with Shaheen I often leave 30 minutes later because she is that thorough and takes her time. She doesn’t product push, and will even tell me not to waste money on a treatment if she thinks I don’t need it. Last but not least, her prices are more than reasonable. This is her own business and she runs it herself with the utmost integrity. I don’t trust people in the beauty industry easily–I’ve been going to the same person for my eyebrows for the past 9 years despite moving all over Virginia–but I definitely trust Shaheen. You should, too! 🙂
