If I had no stars you would get it !! I sent my child here to get a wash and set deep condition and blow out / flat iron on natural hair which was told to her in the beginning!!!! She went n I got a FaceTime call from her with her hair looking like this !! As a stylist myself it’s no way anybody should leave a salon with all the proper tools and they hair should look like this !!! Then secondly get changed 80 dollars for a service that wasn’t even properly done !!! This is my childhood hair salon n I’m disgusted

The ladies were friendly. They accommodated me even without an appointment. I went for a wash and blow for my 4c natural hair. They did a great job, if you don’t mind heat on your hair, which I do. That’s the only reason I do not do it often. I paid $65, which I thought was on the high side, but I don’t know how much to expect since it’s my first time having someone else do it for me.

Horrible service and very overpriced. The woman used an extremely large amount of my conditioner and never combed it through my hair nor did she let it sit for more than a few seconds before she washed it out. They charged me an additional 15 dollars because my hair was “long” but it’s super thin so they really didn’t have any “extra work”. I never mind paying extra because i know my hair is long, but once I got home and unwrapped it, not only was it super frizzy/puffy and a bad blow out, but she blow dried my ends straight instead of under. Who does that?? Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it !

Definitely would NOT recommend. From the moment I walked in I knew it was down hill. I walked in & stood there expecting someone to approach me being since I’m a new face. No one bothered to get up even though they were sitting in their stylist chair. So I walked over to her & automatically she had an issue because my hair is natural. I have beautiful shoulder length natural curls. Yes, it is thick. No, it is not nappy. & honestly, nappy or not.. I’m paying for your services so just please do the job. The beautician that usually does my hair was unavailable & that’s the only reason I came here. The rollers she put in were not tight at all. Even when she put me under the drier you could clearly tell they were falling out & she left it like that. I’ve never had issues with rollers in the past. Then the last straw that really blew me over the top was another so called beautician walked up to me & said why don’t I put a texturizing in my hair. Because I don’t need nor want one. If you knew how to do hair, this wouldn’t be an issue at all. I even showed them a picture of how my hair usually looks when it’s straightened. She used way too much heat & went over the pieces too many times for it to still look like this. Anyway, Fast forward, I leave & my hair is a fluffy mess. Not straight at all like I’m used to. Very dissatisfied.

Love this hair salon. Short and long hair. Not the greatest on hair creativity, but they are a 5 star for their doobies, friendliness and big star because the ower genuinely cares about the health of your hair, which I deem more important than style. If you want something specific take a picture and show it to the stylist.

I went there for the first time to do my hair. 1. CASH only.. Lol I’ve never been to a hair salon that only took cash but ok. It was quick, they were all friendly, I got my hair trimmed which was well needed. All in all I would go back.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! THEY HAVE 4 GIRLS WORKING, I HAVE SHORT HAIR (DOMINICAN HAIR) I DID A ROLLER AND BLOWER SET I WAS SITTING IN THE DRIER FOR 45 MINS THE GIRLS KNEW I WAS DRY ALREADY THEY WERE ALL SITTING DOWN DOING NOTHING I ASKED THE GIRL IF SHE CAN CHECK MY HAIR TO SEE IF IT WAS DRY, RIGHT AWAY SHE SAID NO I NEEDED TO STAY IN THE DRIER FOR ANOTHER 20 MINS??? ARE U KIDDING ME MY HAIR IS SUPPER SHORT AND NEVER TAKES THAT LONG TO DRY THEY WOULDNT GET OFF THEIR SMART PHONE TO COME AND CHECK AND SEE IF WAS DRIED???? I BEEN HAVING THIS HAIR FOR 25 YRS I KNOW WHEN IM DRIED OK! THEN SHE DID A LOUDSY JOB AT BLOW DRYING MY HAIR ON PURPOSE SHE LEFT MY HAIR LOOKING LIKE A PODDLE DOG! THESE GIRLS SUCKS!
