Allison was wonderful. I love my hair color and feel! I feel like a whole new person. She died my hair from a copper color to a light brown with beautiful highlights. She took the time to listen to what I wanted. I asked for a shorter cut, about 6 inches shortet, which I was very nervous about. She helped me feel good about my decision. It turned out so beautiful and looks incredibly healthy. I will definitely be back in the future!

The hairstylist was ok but didn’t make sure water was warm before washing hair. Showed her picture of hairstyle and told her we wanted it spikey but she started to style it. She finally listened. It was worth the price. It’s clean and up-to-date on their equipment. I would recommend going.

Lexi did a horrible job!! I asked for blonde hair and she gave me a bunch of highlights that were uneven and super harsh looking.. she didn’t even explain the process at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and her response was, “ok” so I wasn’t expecting to look like a clown and waste 7 hours from my day. I was visibly upset with the results and should of recieved a refund for the horrible service and waste of time. But nothing was offered except for a bill of $300 for a horrible service. 7 hours for messy uneven harsh highlights! LOL! If you want to get quality service from a experieneced stylist that actually knows what they’re doing, go to Z SALON and see SARAH! She fixed the ugly messy highlights in 2 hours, explained the process and gave me what I want for a much cheaper price too!! I attached a picture below of the horrible service I recieved from Lexi at Elon Salon.
