I got a complimentary coupon in the mail from this place for a free color, cut and style. I didn’t believe it at first, I thought it was too good to be true. It ended up being more than I ever expected! First of all, the salon itself is beautiful, very clean and aesthetic. Second, aside from my stylist Rachel being super nice and pleasant to talk to, she is also a seasoned professional and did a superb job with my highlights! I never had salon highlights before, and I’m very happy with them. The color, cut and style really were complimentary, and I just chose to add on a couple additional treatments + products that Rachel recommended. Very happy with my results, would definitely go back!

Rachel Dueig is literally a miracle worker! I am not an easy client I’ll admit it. I come in with crazy requests and she makes it happen EVERYTIME! She is so sweet and caring. But more importantly than that she is an amazing hair stylist. I come in this past time and ask for light blue roots and dark blue ends. She mixes the color perfectly, it looks amazing! I’m SO happy! I look like a mermaid princess. I also get extensions put in from Maddy Baldwin. But Rachel dyes them to match my all over color! Overall amazing people and an amazing experience!

The haircut I received was perfect but the color was not. I asked for a shade darker than my natural color( which is what I always do). My stylist basically said no because I would have roots and have to maintain it. He stated that he would do a color closer to my natural and match my roots. I agreed even though I wanted darker. I ended up with a medium red brown that’s no where close to my natural brown. Very red undertone’s especially in the sun. My natural color has no redness. Now I really have roots and have to go spend even more money to color correct it. I do not recommend this place. They don’t listen to what the customer wants and then you end up having to go somewhere else anyway.

I have been going to Elon Salon consistently for over a year now and I wouldn’t go to any other salon! My stylist, Taylor, is so talented. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I always leave the salon extremely satisfied with my services. Today I relieved a balayage and loved how it turned out. I would definitely recommend Elon Salon!

Every time I go there the stylists act like they can’t get my hair lighter. It’s like they can’t do bleach or highlights. This last time I was told that she could only color my new growth and lighten the rest or high light only the new growth. I got layers but she was to keep my length. She did not keep my length and the cut isn’t good. I was told my hair would be lighter and it is not. She was scared to cut my bangs short enough but had no problem taking too much off my length. I’ve never had a good experience there

Great customer service from all staff members. Was told I couldn’t lighten my hair. Left there receiving highlights only on a hair color I no longer want. Didn’t get exactly what I asked for but overall the stylist was great.
