Positive: ProfessionalismWow what a trip! From Medford to Beaverton I scheduled the soonest appointment I could that was out until the end of October but I booked assuming she was worth the wait hoping she would be able to help us figure out what we would enjoy and she absolutely did!! My boyfriend and I both got our hair done and left very pleased with our new styles!! We have never gotten our hair done before and even though we are very white Elom had no problems helping us figure out what we really wanted and yes she’s pricey I guess but I don’t think she’s overpriced at all! She’s well worth it! So worth it I’m about to book again which I know I’ll be waiting months and I’ll be traveling to see her but like I said she’s worth it and I can’t wait for another fun getaway just 3 weeks ago & I still have my braids/extensions in of coarse and now that I’m used to them I’m absolutely addicted and already know I’m going to miss them!! Wow what a trip! From Medford to Beaverton I scheduled the soonest appointment I could that was out until the end of October but I booked assuming she was worth the wait hoping she would be able to help us figure out what we would enjoy and she absolutely did!! My boyfriend and I both got our hair done and left very pleased with our new styles!! We have never gotten our hair done before and even though we are very white Elom had no problems helping us figure out what we really wanted and yes she’s pricey I guess but I don’t think she’s overpriced at all! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualityi really enjoy having Elom do my hair, i think i have been there three times, and, despite the prices it is totally worth it. i paid about $200 to get braids with extensions done, Elom however did not do my braids, Nancy did and she was so sweet, kind, and insanely fast at it! I am Ethiopian, which means i have VERY VERY tight curls, and I’m 13, i had to save the money from babysitting, which wasnt hard at all but when Elom said i could leave the braids in for 1-2 months that was crazy!!!!!!!!! I know there pros at it but its not like I’m Elon Musk or anything i dont have billions laying around, i left my braids in for 4 months, i would say leaving them in for 3 months is prob a better idea, build up can be bad if you eave them in for any longer than 4 months. But to stay positive, i felt so much older, in the best possible way. Also really reccomend getting a was before hand, by Elon or Nancy whoever is doing your hair. i really enjoy having Elom do my hair, i think i have been there three times, and, despite the prices it is totally worth it. i paid about $200 to get braids with extensions done, Elom however did not do my braids, Nancy did and she was so sweet, kind, and insanely fast at it!
