Previously I had very long hair, it was about 2 feet long and had red ends. I requested SIMPLE layers and more than three quarters of my hair were cut. The hairdresser began to cut my hair while it was dry, giving me jagged ends. She then proceeded to use dirty brushes and hadn’t fully covered me with the apron, so all of my hair was in my sweater. I heard the hairdresser call me a cuss word in Spanish as she talked to her boss. It was a very unhygienic, unprofessional, and unfortunate experience.
