See pics. The thumb started peeling the same day I got them done. I went back in afternoon to have them redo it and it’s still lifting. Idk if the gel isn’t cured properly underneath or what. Then the pointer finger on the other hand is also peeling. All within 24 hours. How? They get one star because the thumb was ‘fixed’ without any issues.

I went in with my very first broken nail. Work was done from another place also from the area and she really messed up the shape (made them round not coffin). Melisa took care of me at Elmont Nails. Got my first tip ever. Im a natural nail person. Got powder done. She did so good. Perfect shape. No cuts. No complaints. 🙂

I took my parents to this place after much recommendation but it was not a great experience, the main problem came down to the employees not doing a good job. We paid for 5 and 10 minutes of massage ♀️ but they didn’t do it for the full time. I would recommend another location, if you pay for something, you should get that service, and not some half-baked attempt.

I have gone a couple times. Just this last time I noticed the foot basin was just rinsed with hot water after the previous person! Not washed as it should be. So I asked her for a plastic liner which cost $1 extra. Then I did not see any of them really wash the foot basins at the end of the day. They just rinsed and put the stools up! I was there until close. I have seen at many other salons, there are pieces that come off the basin that should be washed. Its very unlikely I’ll be going back.

I’ve been coming here for years!!!!!!!! I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance & asked Kim if that time it’s good so no one is waiting since I was going with my mom .. she told me yes Alex that time it’s ok. I walked in there today 4:10 pm told her Checking in. First thing she said idk what time they going to do your nails … I asked why because we have a lot of customers who walked in. I don’t get why she does not respect peoples appointment time. She took a walked in on front of me, when my mom has a powder gel with her at 4:30 pm. I asked her why she told me to leave. I don’t appreciate that specially after coming for so many years. Learn how to run a business specially around the holidays. It’s all about respect.
