Worst quality nails I’ve ever gotten. I treated my family to a visit and granted there were 4 of us, they were dead when we got there and they RUSHED. My “manicure” consisted of using the drill file to remove my clear coat of polish instead of removing it, filing even more. And I’m talking like I’ve never had done before. Then slapped on the gel, hardened it, filed the top and was done. Didn’t even cover the whole nail in paint. No cuticle care, no trimming or shaping of the sides. He literally just started above my cuticle growth so they came out already looking weeks old. Just filing and paint. No after treatment or cuticle oil. It is not worth what it costs at ALL. I don’t care if they did feel rushed, were paying the same amount as the next people and should have gotten quality service, and if feeling rushed wasn’t why it was so God awful, then they don’t have any excuse. If I could give 0 stars I would and wasted $300 on all of us to come out looking like it’s something my 13 year old niece did in the living room.

They squeezed me in when I came early, but then rushed to get me done. I wanted a mani. with gel polish. He convinced me to try the powder dip. I did and not only did he not trim my cuticles hardly (still there and thick) he didn’t shape the nails all that well on the tops… they kind of look like chicklets now. I was pretty disappointed after spending money on myself for something that I NEVER go and do.
