My sister recommended Ellisville Nails. I’m new to Missouri and am glad I found a good place right away. When I get my nails done, I like to relax and not have to talk much, so it was nice that I was able to just relax and not have to make small talk. They did an excellent job and I’ll definitely be back!

My experience here wasn’t pleasant. I asked for the acrylic manicure, but they insisted that everybody is now using the powder manicure. I was firm in my decision, but being very polite. the lady who was doing the service, for some reason didn’t want to keep working with my nails anymore. Then, the manager came and finish the job. She wasn’t happy either. I will never go back to this place!

Made an appt with Jane. I suggested a time convenient for HER as I did not want to be rushed as I sometimes am with her. I arrived on time, but she was so busy, she handed me off to Jack. He rushed through the Pink and White gel application. As I left, there were people standing at the front desk waiting to be seated. After a week, the top layer of gel was flaking away from my cuticles. I couldn’t go back to have them fixed as I left to go out of town for an extended time. I hesitated to write this review, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been rushed and unhappy with my experience here. I have many nail salon choices in Ellisville, and Ellisville Nails will no longer be my choice.

I paid for Gel nails and I had to go back and get another coat. She said it was because i didnt let them dry all the way?? It peeled off AGAIN and changed color. When I went back the second time, just to show them, the lady said “it’s only two nails, I fix for you.” I declined the offer and left. I’ve had gel nails many times and this is not gel and certainly not customer service . NEVER AGAIN! Not sure how to add the pics.
