I love Ellis Nails! I’ve been twice now and I’ve loved the result each time! The ladies are super thorough and they checked with me each stage to make sure I liked what they were doing! Amazing service, wonderful environment. The music is great and I’m always so comfortable when I go in. Highly recommend this place.

Critical: QualityWould NOT recommend. The women were very kind. I went in for a color change with ANC, and came to $35! I didn’t get the color I chose, however once applied asked if I liked the color. I was on a time crunch so I went with it.When I placed my hands on the table, it was not wiped down and was covered in nail files dust. A very used nail file was used on my nails for every stage, dug out of a drawer. They also chose from a pile of used round files for the electric file covered in nail dust. I only washed my hands at the end. So I am assuming the files were used on unwashed hands.Would NOT recommend. The women were very kind. I went in for a color change with ANC, and came to $35! Absolutely the WORST manicure I have ever received. A 5 year old could have painted my nails better and not a week later one already cracked. Gel polish should not smudge like this a half hour after getting them done. Then go back to get refunded for the poor job and they have no customer service whatsoever.

Not sure about any of the negative reviews, however, I had a wonderful experience and probably the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is nice and clean with beautiful music playing and a kind and courteous staff.

Although the decor is not lavish, the staff are attentive and excellent with ANC. It’s a quiet, calm place to go and relax while you treat yourself to beautiful nails. I’ll not go elsewhere.

I sat there with a friend for an hour before the lady even realized I wanted my nails done. Then they made them so thick at the bed of my nails that my hair and strings get caught under them. The clear coat is cracking and peeling off. And I I got them done a week ago. I would never get them done there again. So disappointed!!!!
