Ellie is a great person. So friendly and welcoming. Needed to get my daughter’s hair fixed for prom and she did exactly what my daughter wanted. When you go there you feel like family. The girl who colored my hair botched it terribly. She was such a nice girl and I liked her personality so I gave her a chance to fix it but she simply wasn’t capable of fixing her mistake. She tried to fix it two times and after 5 hours, I left with blotchy horrible hair. She offered to not charge me at all, but I paid her $46.00. I don’t know why I did because it’s awful. I don’t think she should be doing hair color because once you make mistakes, fixing them could ruin your hair for years. I won’t go back and now have to pay someone else to fix it.

Very unfortunate, I thought we had great conversation and that she was a lovely, God fearing woman. After paying $130 for color, I hated it. I didn’t have the guts to tell her to her face or call her myself and ask for a refund; however, after I told my husband I spent another $200 at Veda Salon to get it fixed, he called. She refused to refund my card, didn’t even offer 1/2 back, just said we were looking for a free dye job. Well that’s dumb! I’ve taken my children here a few times before… well not any more.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews unless the service is amazing or absolutely horrible. In this situation the service was so bad I don’t even feel like one star is deserved. Came in for a balayage with picture REFERENCES and that is far from what I got. Left the salon in semi shock but didnt realize what a horrible job was done until I came home and combed out the curls. It was patchy and she used bleach without asking. Never in my life have I had worse service. And I payed 165 plus tip. Asked for partial refund later that day and was denied. Went to a veda spa and salon today and had it corrected. I now have to have visits to correct the damage that was done. Fyi the owner did this. Please dont go here if you want your hair done professionaly. I also had to have my cut corrected so even that wasn’t done correctly. Veda Spa is amazing though if anyone needs a cut and color and they charged me less than the owner did.

I contacted Ellie late the night before and she got me in this morning. She was very nice and courteous. She was very gracious having my baby daughter in there too. She did an amazing job on my hair, keeping it healthy and styling it. I went in for some highlights and ended up getting a full two-tone dye job. She gave me an AMAZING price for a great job. I’d recommend her to anyone!
