Just left the nail salon with my 2 daughters ages 6yo and 13yo. The service was amazing and we enjoyed our time together at the Salon The owner is truly an artist. .My 13yo got her pair of acrylic nails and she loves them. She choose a picture off the internet of what she wanted and her nails look exactly like that pic. My kids can not wait to go back it was a fun way to spend time together. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ellie is very unprofessional, she gives you attitude when your spending your money. I booked an appointment and I didn’t know I had to tell her I wanted designs on my nails and she gave me attitude. Her mother who does the pedicure doesn’t speak English which was hard to communicate with her on how I wanted my nails to look. I thought she was having a bad day so I tried to give her another chance and tried book another appointment but she gonna tell me she’s not available. It’s plenty of nails salons in the city that would treat you better. Don’t go to this place. O btw my nail popped off in 4 days wanted to get it fix and she never responded

I am a nail tech who occasionally goes to Ellie’s when I want to be pampered … unfortunately my last visit was very unpleasant 🙁 when I requested that the hand drill not be used for complete removal of my gel polish on my toes I was blatantly ignored (when in fact it’s not supposed to be used at all it damages the nail bed) ….. and when finishing up my nail , I originally picked a color that when put on the nail didn’t suit me therefore I asked for a different color at this point Ellie only painted ONE nail. She was visibly upset and was rude to me continuously asking sarcastically “so you done want this color” …. I usually love my time here as mentioned but this time was not good.
