So happy we have an amazing spa nearby. I come in regularly for facials with Alyssa who is the best!! Everyone there is so friendly. I’ve gotten manicures, pedicures, facials and a massage. Every service has been top notch. They use amazing organic products and take great care of their clients. The first time I got a facial Alyssa carefully checked each product as I have sensitive skin and she wanted to ensure I wouldn’t have any reaction. The attention to detail to ensure an amazing relaxing experience is fantastic.

I went here to have a facial while my family were skiing. The spa is in the hotel. It was spotless and we started on time. It was great. Kim did my facial and explained what she was doing. The prices were good and I had the European facial. Would I go again? Yes.

Have had good experiences but last time there the massage therapist I had was incredibly lazy. Not worth the money at all. So incredibly lazy. No effort put into it. I am a PT and know massage techniques. I get regular massage. So not telling me there are varying kinds. I know that. This was really really bad and not worth it at all. Nice environment but save your money for a therapist who does a good job. On a positive note these professionals have a high turnover because it is a lot of work but that is why people spend their hard earned money on it. So maybe there will be someone else next time. Also at that time I got the feel they were on their 9th booster and probably wearing a mask in the car. No robes or steam shower like the other management had. Better run when it was spa st falling waters. I do not like to waste money so negative stars and I did not tip. A tip is earned not expected and I could’ve gotten a better massage from my 5 year old playing spa day. For real.

They offer a cool line of services for such a small, young, independent business within the bigger resort. The staff are all local, wonderful people who genuinely care about their customers. And besides the few Negative Nancies (who are everywhere), the customers all seem very cool, too! It’s so nice to see people support each other this way. This positive vibe is why so many people like Ellicottville.

I received a pedicure and prenatal massage. All the staff were super kind and made my first experience getting a pedicure and massage very enjoyable! I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend to go even if you’re not pregnant and want a few hours to rejuvenate after a day/weekend of hitting the slopes!
