I set an appointment for 10 am when I walked in they were working on two people and two were waiting. After waiting for an hour I asked them to call when they are ready for me. They called at 5pm once I got there, there was four people getting their hair done. I waited three hours until 8pm and told them I will return next week. They were rude Told me it was unnecessary to leave. Last time I went though I was not trying to be a bother but could not understand they lady through her accent. I politely asked her if she could repeat herself. She then replied “Do you know how to speak English.” This place is rude, unprofessional, and overall it was a poor experience.

My daughter and I got my sew in done they were very professional. I was the one who came in 20 min because I was coming from downtown Chicago. They did not braid my hair too tight professional, everyone. Shop was clean. It was sort of cold that day so I wish they place a sign on their door beauty shop NEXT DOOR. Because people was opening the door. My weave looks professionally done I’m satisfied

I normally don’t do reviews, however this is one of the most unprofessional shops I’ve ever been in in my 67 years of life.The owners child was there and was totally out of control, jumping off chairs, throwing toys, almost hitting me in the eye with one, me and a couple of other customers commented that he was gonna hurt himself or someone else if he didn’t stop, they did absolutely nothing to control that child,, My hair ended up looking nothing like the style I requested. The stylist was rude and they openedly made fun of me. The price went up from what was quoted, I normally tip for good service, but this time The only tip was have a good night. Awful customer service, wish I had read reviews first.

First, they talk entirely too much. I sat in the chair for twenty minutes before one twist was put into my head… Due to excessive conversation… Very annoying. Overall I love my Senegalese twists but I got into an argument with them because the guy that works there quoted me a price that was not honored and proceeded to LIE and say he did not. Very unprofessional and rude. Although I love my style, the likelihood of me patronizing than again in very slim.

They talked the entire time very loudly in your ears. Omg. Where do I start. I came in or Sunday my appointment was at 10:00 AM I arrive way before they even came I did not get my hair touched until 11:15 am. five braids later the lady said she want to take a break so she can eat so I said OK I allowed her to do so every hour she decided to take a break to either pray, eat or just walk around for whatever reason. They made their customers watch Nigeria. Movies the entire time. She kept stopping my head to start on another person see it that way they would not leave and then jump back in my head. I did not get done with my hair until 8:00 PM and it was two people In my head. Never again

This salon is overly priced and the quality is not that good. If the difference between 2 salons is $20, that’s not a big deal, but one place I’d pay $100 for hair, this place charges $160. And the other place does it better. They tried to charge me $250 for faux locs. I got up and left.
