Would not recommend visiting this place if you are on the fairer side and would like to see results in laser hair removal treatments. There should be some level of mild pain if the treatment is effective, if there is no pain whatsoever it is clear that the settings on the laser are not optimal. I expressed that I had no pain sensation at all during my session and the person administering the laser did not try readjusting the settings. Definitely feel like I wasted time and money coming to the appointment and will not come again. Also- the laser machine is not latest technology (way worse than the Epicare/Zenith system I’ve had in other clinics) . I asked before scheduling the appointment if gel is used and was told that they don’t use a gel and it has a built in technology, but when I got there the laser administrator had to slather gel everywhere for the laser to work. Disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned on the phone as I would not have scheduled an appointment had I known this.

Melanated ladies!!! This is our place. Who knew laser hair removal could happen in a luxurious spa experience. There aren’t a lot of lasers that can handle skin tones in the 4-6 range so I was terrified to even try it. I went in, had a wonderful consultation with Irina and trusted her professional expertise. So glad I did. One session and I can already see the difference. I had questions after treatment (pure paranoia) and the staff not only answered my questions but invited me back in to alleviate my anxiety. Can’t wait to go back!
