Positive: ProfessionalismI saw a client’s before and after post on fb and called to inquire. Ended up making an appointment that same day with ease, they were very friendly and professional. Arrived early to my appointment and was greeted immediately. Critical: QualityThe haircut was ok but the overall experience was HORRIBLE. When I arrived the girl acted like she didn’t know I had an appointment, was not very friendly, then she cut my hair but literally that’s it. She didn’t wash it, barely even combed it and then just cut it. Like I said hair cut was ok. She spent literally 5 minutes cutting my hair. (I timed it). I arrived and was out of there within 12 minutes. I am so disappointed. When I get a hair cut I like to feel as if my hair looks nice or at least better than it did when I came in. This was absolutely NOT the case. Perhaps it’s my fault and this place is more of a barber shop than a salon. But to me it was advertised as a salon.It also didn’t look the cleanest. There was hair all over the front entry rug and floors. And the floor was covered in muddy footprints it needed to be mopped. The haircut was ok but the overall experience was HORRIBLE. When I arrived the girl acted like she didn’t know I had an appointment, was not very friendly, then she cut my hair but literally that’s it. Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy hair was cut uneven and my roots are brassy red and I asked for brown to match my natural color. The uneven layers are very noticeable because they are inches uneven. It was hard to tell when I left because my hair was damp. The girl was overworked and over booked.Services: Hair coloring, Haircut
