I went into the salon with an inspiration picture of my hair. I was told the job can get done. After the 3rd attempt in achieving that goal I was told they weren’t comfortable achieving my inspiration picture because they cared about the integrity of my hair. I found a stylist who was comfortable and is amazing but she is far. I stood with the stylist who got me to fully blond hair and reached back out to Elle’s later to see if they would take me on as a client again for the sake of closeness. I was going to bring them more clients plus consider coming back. They responded and said no because they are “overbooked”. Not only did they not take accountability for not getting my hair the way they said they can originally. They took it personal that I found someone who can fully blond me. So much so where they are losing future clients and said I couldn’t come back because they are “full”. If you are looking for professionalism this salon is not it.

The stylist who did my hair was younger in age. Before my hair appointment date I showed her pictures of what my hair looked like before. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like the same day of my appointment. The day of my hair appointment we talked for 15 mins. She said yes it’s fine your hair style is not difficult. She suggested to do balayage and toner. She gave me the price which was $350. She told me the work will be perfect. But in the end when she blowed out my hair I realized that I lost my blonde colored hair. My hair color turned out to be ash blonde instead of blonde highlights. I did not want that color. The owner did not show up when I complained about the person’s work. I think the reason was they did not show up because they wanted my money instead of fixing my issue. They should have had a conversation with me so they can fix my issue instead of charging me the full amount. I wanted blonde highlights she did a terrible job. I had a really bad experience. I never had this type of experience in my life. She did a terrible job. I will not come here again even to fix my hair because I don’t trust them!

Joan is the best nail technician I’ve ever met. She is singularly skilled, meticulous, and personable. Her shaping, cuticle work, and polish application are perfection. Joan is the type of nail tech who can handle your ingrown toenails better than a podiatrist. My nails always looks great, and she’s ruined me for anyone else. Honestly, I’ve gone to Japanese gel nail salons that charge 25% more with a service that’s not nearly as good. The value is incredible, for regular or gel manicure and pedicure. Joan books up fast, though!

It was raining so I was imagining my hair being ruined later in the day but it’s just as gorgeous as when I left! They are extremely professional and welcoming as well as SAFE! It was such a pleasure to work with Loa and her team for my wedding. I had booked Loa for my wedding prior to COVID and she was able to fit me in on my new wedding date. Loa was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. During my hair trial, she spent a lot of time answering my questions and going through different options of hair styles. The day of the wedding, Loa and her team were able to get all of my bridesmaids and mom’s hair finished on time before the pictures. My hair looked great and lasted the whole night. I would highly recommend Loa and her team’s hair services.

I had only heard good things about Loa and her team, so I decided to go for it and it was SO worth it.
