Went in two days ago to get an sns set. I originally just asked for a french pink and white. After asking which length I wanted and shaping them, she called another lady over and eventually they told me they didn’t think they could do a pink and white with the shape because of my nail beds. I told them I’d had it done before but if they didn’t think they could do it I understood and I would just go with a light pink. My nail lady was insanely sweet and I never write reviews, but after two days two of them have already broken/came off while doing mundane things such as folding clothes and zipping up my purse. I am extremely careful with my nails and they were even rather short, I’m shocked they’ve already come off. I got them done for my graduation on sunday with the expectation they’d last and now I’m out almost $65 and don’t know what to do. I recommend going anywhere else.

Despite the holiday, they had a full staff and got me back for a pedicure within a couple minutes. The woman who performed my pedicure is named Lanie (I believe) and she was really sweet and pleasant. She did a fantastic and thorough job and my pedicure turned out beautiful! I was looking for a salon open on Memorial Day and Ellen’s was luckily open. Despite the holiday, they had a full staff and got me back for a pedicure within a couple minutes. The woman who performed my pedicure is named Lanie (I believe) and she was really sweet and pleasant. She did a fantastic and thorough job and my pedicure turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend this salon.

As a professional hairstylist, it’s hard for me to trust a nail salon, and to treat myself. What an amazing experience!! I was greeted promptly, taken care of BEAUTIFULLY by Leyna for my pedicure and Tonny for my gel manicure. I get my eyebrows waxed here and each clinician who has done them does a great job! I always do a walk-in and they take me back immediately. Only $8 and I get it once every month and a half or so. Definitely satisfied with the service and speed.

After having walked out of another nail salon where I waited for 30 min though I called beforehand with wet feet, I was pretty irritated. I found Ellen’s on Yelp and decided to head over. I waited 10 min and was assured I would be up soon 5 min in. I really appreciate honesty with regards to time. My feet and hands look great. I don’t find myself looking down at my hands irritated because something isn’t right. They’re perfect.

The WORST acrylics I’ve ever gotten!!! They look so bad, people have asked me if I did them myself. They put on a matte topcoat, and missed spots, so some parts of my nails are shiny and some are matte, but I didn’t notice until after I had left (and tipped 25% since they make you pay and tip before they’ve even put the color on). Also, they filed the nails unevenly, some are noticeably shorter than others, and two are not straight across, but diagonal! I’ve had them less than 24 hours, and a big chunk has already chipped off my left index finger. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!!!
