After 1 facial she convinced me to pay 255 for 3 treatments in advance. After a few cancelations/poor communication on her end, and the merchant’s schedule not working with mine (I’m a night shift nurse) I asked for a refund. She was rude and accused me of being self centered. After many attempts with no progress to get a refund, I told her I reported my concerns to Groupon and the insults started. This is just the most recent exchange. She’s now stalking my FB. Stay away from this person.
