I absolutely love this place! My mom and I have been going here for almost a year now and we have never left disappointed. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I love coming in to see Hanna to get my nails done. They never rush their services and still keep a minimal wait! Some people need to have patience when others are doing services for them. Anytime I break a nail and go back in they always fix it quickly and rarely charge for it. I will continue to come back to this amazing salon.

So I usually go to this nail salon all the time but I went yesterday and I regret it. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and a full set of acrylics, I sat down for the pedicure that only lasted about 20 minutes btw no massaging nothing didn’t even get the warm neck rest, the lady that was doing my Pedi and the lady next to her keep looking at me and making comments to one another so I knew it was about me, then I move on to the full set everything was fine with that until she finished they look horrible and I paid $98 before giving a $10 tip which I shouldn’t have, $60 for these nails that are messy and not the same shape at all to each other. I was in there a total of an hour for two different thing that should’ve takin an hour each if you did it right. Then at the check out I wanted to use two separate cards both debit both had my name on it just from two separate banks so I couldn’t transfer the money at the time because I wasn’t expecting to pay over $80 max. She couldn’t get the first card to go through because she wasn’t doing it right so she threw the card down “it doesn’t work” then just started watching tik tok on her phone. Someone came to help her and imagine that it worked. Won’t be returning, this place has gone down hill.

Don’t go here as a walk in and believe how long your wait will be. I took my daughter and mother for a pedi and a gel manicure for my mm and myself. They told us 20 minutes. Finally after a 30 min wait they took my daughter for a pedi. Another 10 minutes later my mom and I’m still waiting for my turn 35 minutes later. I won’t have them do mine at all now. If someone can’t do a walk in then don’t but telling them you can get to them in 30 minutes and waiting way past that is rude and a money hungry business. Don’t use this salon unless you have the time to wait.

This place is unprofessional and needs to be reported to BBB. They changed the price of my fills every time I went in, they would say “five dollar more for thick nails and another five dollar for long nails.” Just crazy! Please don’t break a nail because the owner will harass you about it every time you go in (she’s the one at the first nail station). I asked them just to charge me for my broken nail but that didn’t stop the owner from talking down to me. I spend a lot of money on my nails and expect to be treated like a client paying you money but if you don’t want my business, no problem.

Today I got the best dip manicure and deluxe pedicure! The environment of the salon was great and so welcoming when I walked in! The staff makes cleanliness a top priority and I noticed that when I was getting my toes done. Kim, the nail tech I had made sure that I was properly taken care of and made sure that I loved the outcome!! I highly recommend her!!! Overall, I will be going back! Loved it

So amazing I took my 4yr old for her first mani pedi. And they did amazing went above and beyond. When her nails were wet they helped her drink from her cup. They took pictures for me (accidentally left my phone in the car)and sent them. They are always so sweet and kind when I go in solo! Will continue to be my favorite spot

Don’t go here!I I had my nails done on 6-29-22 for the 4th & not but 2 days later I started seeing like hairline cracks in the dip on my nails and by the 3rd of July one of my nails the dip actually cracked and from there it was downhill. Even though I had pics they wouldn’t refund me after spending 50+ dollars for not even a weeks worth of naiils.
