I have come here three times now.. each time I’ve had a different person doing my nails, and each time they’ve been done wonderfully consistently. All of the staff is incredibly nice and talented, they do a great job here and quite a relaxing atmosphere.

Upon arrival I was very welcomed and had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie who performed the services. She and the woman owner was very warm and professional, and made me instantly feel at ease with my nail problem. Stephanie gives very good back and neck massage. I felt 100 percent better leaving than I went in. Definitely will be a regular client and highly recommend Elle Nails and Stephanie.

This salon used to be the best in the area. That is no longer true. The service and quality has gone down. It is rushed, no care to cuticles, none of the shoulder massages of the past. The nail tech I had left polish on the skin around my nails. The nail polish even seemed old. The salon itself is in need of a deep clean. The manicure stations were heavy with dust. Overall not worth the high prices ($40 for gel manicure). This salon needs a complete reboot.

My technician did not push back or trim cuticles and did not use the large smooth file after the rough one he used to scrub the bottoms of my feet.My feet were drier and rougher than when I went in.

Over the years I have visited many salons but have chosen Elles as my favorite above my other experiences. Not only do you get beautiful results but they are incredibly nice and give wonderful massages and hot towel treatment that come with a standard mani/pedi. Ive also been impressed with their cleanliness and attention to sterile implements. Also, they are the best at brow waxing…Moon always does them perfectly!

The entire salon and equipment didn’t look the cleanest, definitely used for multiple people with old dry nail polish . My nails came out uneven and cracked polish with lots of empty spots. Made me pay in the middle of getting my nails done and hovered/ watched as I wrote in a tip. I was frantic, it was Sunday morning & I broke a nail! I have a business meeting on Monday morning…I called Elle…, not only did they get me in at the time I requested. Ava was patient & very professional. Not only did she fix my nail, but she gave me the BEST French manicure I’ve ever had! It was a bit more costly than what I’m used to but, not only did she do an excellent job, I had a nice neck massage & lower back warm pack, not expected! I’ll definitely be going back! Soft music, soft voices & a very relaxing setting. No pressure to talk, no loud foreign language, just pure professionals giving a service they do best! Thank you! So grateful! ❤
