Critical: QualityI used to go here a long time ago but switched because I was unhappy with quality. Today I was in a hurry and couldn’t get in to my normal salon so I gave this a go. I wanted a fairly simple design with my no chip manicure and she said she could do it but it would cost $15 more and I was ok with it. As she was doing my nails she didn’t even cut back my cuticles or shape my nails at all. She also was rushing so much that she was filing my actual skin and made me bleed. Then she moved on to the color and she was in such a rush. There is nail polish all over my skin and the design doesn’t look good enough especially since I spent $50 total. If she didn’t want to do the design I would have rather her tell me that then rush through my service. I know she would’ve done a great job if she would’ve just slowed down. I used to go here a long time ago but switched because I was unhappy with quality. Today I was in a hurry and couldn’t get in to my normal salon so I gave this a go. I wanted a fairly simple design with my no chip manicure and she said she could do it but it would cost $15 more and I was ok with it. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming here for a few months now and the first few visits were actually good! The last visit I had was one of the worst; I sat down for a no chip manicure, the gentleman started my nails (remove old polish) and then another customer walked in. She wanted acrylics which takes longer, he said he would be right back to go help her for a few. I sat there waiting for more than 20-30 minutes with no service as they helped the other customer who came in after me with no appointment? Finally another lady was free to finish my nails and she was sweet to do so. As I was paying the man walked by me as he laughed and said “oh wow you’re still here?” I couldn’t believe it I felt like I was invisible and it was so rude. I wasn’t going to mention this but I think every customer deserves to be treated fairly and even if they are busy they can tell people to come back but they take anyone without enough staff. I have been coming here for a few months now and the first few visits were actually good! The last visit I had was one of the worst; I sat down for a no chip manicure, the gentleman started my nails (remove old polish) and then another customer walked in. She wanted acrylics which takes longer, he said he would be right back to go help her for a few. I sat there waiting for more than 20-30 minutes with no service as they helped the other customer who came in after me with no appointment? Finally another lady was free to finish my nails and she was sweet to do so. As I was paying the man walked by me as he laughed and said “oh wow you’re still here?” I couldn’t believe it I felt like I was invisible and it was so rude. I wasn’t going to mention this but I think every customer deserves to be treated fairly and even if they are busy they can tell people to come back but they take anyone without enough staff. Did not have all of the appropriate tools for mani/pedis. The massage was her putting a warm stone back and forth for about 60-80 seconds. Critical: QualityI recently got my nails done here and just wasn’t happy with the result. I went in for a full set gel manicure. The gel was way too thick and the man applied the gel in the strangest way by dangling my finger for the gel to drip down… just odd. Color was done by another person because they were in a rush although there was no one else there.
