I will start by saying I am new to the area and it was my first visit to the salon. I have been getting fills regularly (2 weeks) for 10+ years now and this is one of the worst “fill ins” I’ve ever had. My nail technician did not fill anything in with actual uv gel, she used a pink gel polish that was simply swiped over my entire nail. It is so thin that in just three days it has lifted and cracked at the base of nearly every nail. I am giving two stars instead of one, because the establishment looked clean and the French manicure was well painted, but there was no fill in done. Will not be returning and I advise you skip this salon if you need a gel fill!

I recently had a dip powder manicure done by Peter and my nails look fantastic. He was so nice and welcoming, and really took his time with the manicure. My favorite nail salon in the Hartford area!! Not pushy on services. Pretty, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The employees have always been very nice and do a great job!!! Very nice massages when getting mani/pedis – love it.

I am not exaggerating when I say I have not had a pedicure in about 3 years, so my feet were in need of some serious work. Claudia did such an incredible job and really took her time. Everything is being sanitized so thoroughly as well. I know I will be back on a regular basis to see Claudia!

The workers talk bad about ALL of their customers in Spanish. That’s enough for me not to ever go back. Very disrespectful and fake because they know the customers don’t understand and they talk about all of them to each other. Right under our noses. I won’t be back. Clean place but I can’t support being talked about disrespectfully. The owner should not allow them to do that.
