Not only is Michaela very kind/easy to talk to, but she did an awesome job too! She cut my hair to the exact length that I had asked. So happy to have found Elle Marie in Snohomish! I went in for a haircut and had Michaela as my stylist. Not only is Michaela very kind/easy to talk to, but she did an awesome job too! She cut my hair to the exact length that I had asked. Throughout the whole process, Michaela did a wonderful job asking questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my appointment. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came here to get a fairly specific fashion color for my wedding – a gray and purple smokey color. I worked with Nadine and she is great! I came in mid November for a first go knowing that I had done a lot of at home coloring, and then let it grow out for over a year so different parts of my hair would take color differently, and boy was that the case! My hair lifted and took color in some weird ways, but Nadine worked with it, talked me through what she was seeing, discussed how close we could get to the desired color in that first visit verses my follow up a week before the wedding, and made sure my hair’s health was a priority. as the color faded over the next 4 weeks it started to look more blue/teal toward the top, and purple underneath so when I came in a week before the wedding she was diligent in lifting the current color out evenly, working with a middle band that didn’t want to lift like my ends/ roots, updated the color formula to pump up the purple and smokey shades, to avoid more blue coming through and added a shadow root to make the color pop, and it looks phenomenal! I am so happy that Nadine took the time to monitor my hair during the whole process and adjust as needed based on how my hair was responding to the process. I came here to get a fairly specific fashion color for my wedding – a gray and purple smokey color. I worked with Nadine and she is great!
