I went to this place only because my regular person was not available. This was the worst hair salon I have been to. They try to portray a high-end salon, just so they can charge high prices, but don’t be fooled. They assigned Julie to cut my hair, she barely spoke English, but I am pretty sure she understood when I told her I wanted a 1/2 inch trim, the woman kept chopping my hair off with the thinning scissors going in between layers and I’m not sure why she was doing this. I eventually told her to stop, but it was too late.
