STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! It was my fiancé and I very first visits to a spa and I can not say enough great things about this place! Not only was Michelle at the front desk SUPER Friendly and very welcoming. But the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing! I got a therapeutic full body message from Patrice, who far exceeded my expectations! Not only was she extremely professional, but did amazing at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST Patrice for all your message needs! When the 80 minute session was over all my aches and pains were gone and I just felt like melted butter! My fiancé got her very first manicure and pedicure from Melanie who was extremely friendly and far exceeded my fiancé expectations, and made my fiancé feel very comfortable with her pedicure (she is normally very self conscious about her feet) after working with Melanie my fiance is so thrilled to have had a manicure and pedicure done! She wants them done often now! So I can not say enough amazing things about Elle Day Spa! THANK YOU MELANIE, MICHELLE & PATRICE for making our visit truely a long lasting memorable experience!!!!! Whenever I am in Pittsfield, I enjoy facials at Elle Day Spa. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. My skin looked amazing after my last hydrating Dermaplaning treatment. Highly recommend.

Nail tech Tavy-Leigh was extremely gentle, letting me relax completely (no flinching). Michelle took extra effort with the massage portion of the pedicure, for which my friend was grateful. Found Elle on Google when looking for a peaceful getaway with a friend. Experience was lovely. Only wish we had booked massages as well! Nail tech Tavy-Leigh was extremely gentle, letting me relax completely (no flinching). Michelle took extra effort with the massage portion of the pedicure, for which my friend was grateful. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment and woke up to my basement flooded after all of the rain we recently received. I was forced to handle my emergency, and contacted them as soon as I could. They did not notify me of their “100% policy” for missing an appointment, and charged me full price for having a life emergency happen. I offered to just take a credit to reschedule, but was even denied that. I scheduled an appointment and woke up to my basement flooded after all of the rain we recently received. I was forced to handle my emergency, and contacted them as soon as I could. They did not notify me of their “100% policy” for missing an appointment, and charged me full price for having a life emergency happen. I scheduled my appointment and when I went to check out they told me it was used by someone else. The cashier did some research and found who used my gift card. The Elle Day Spa still owes me money. My brother sent me a spa gift card to use for my birthday. I scheduled my appointment and when I went to check out they told me it was used by someone else. The cashier did some research and found who used my gift card. I had to to pay full price for my birthday spa treatment until management figured things out. Critical: ProfessionalismI loved my time at Elle Day Spa. My facial, mani/pedi were great! But I felt so uncomfortable with the women who gave me my Swedish massage.There is a mask mandate. Inside I noticed a sign asking to wear a mask. Employees and customers were wearing masks. So no big deal, I was already wearing mine when I went in.After having a facial my massage was next. I walked into the room, and the women said I can start getting undressed. And I can take my mask off. I said, “ok”. She then says, ” I really hate how the government is trying to control our bodies”. “I feel we should be able to breath fresh oxygen when we want too”. She said this all before my massage. I wasn’t here to talk about politics and what was right or wrong. I was here to relax.I took my mask off since I was face down. Half way through the massage I turned over onto my back, normal. But the women giving me my massage had her mask off. She never asked if I was ok with that. I assumed all staff had to keep it on because of the sign I saw up front. Lesson learned, keep mask on.Employees should ask the customer is ok if they can take their masks off while working.. They shouldn’t just assume. But to bring up her opinion on the mask mandate was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I made this appointment as a treat to myself after this long pandemic. I wanted to go someplace nice without waiting and relax. The best pedicure I ever had was in this Salon, but this time was very uncomfortable. Absolute silence, one word answers, no eye contact. I don’t need to be pampered but I was at a salon. There were times when I wondered if I was doing something wrong. I will not be making another appointment.

My GF Lisa and I came here for a girls weekend getaway. This was my very first time in 34 years going in for a 80 minute body massage. Leanne was phenomenal!!! I was sore as ever but i woke up the next morning feeling great. Julia that did my pedicure was fantastic as well! We came from Boston to get away. What a great spa, friendly service and such nice people! I highly recommend this spa to anyone trying get away to relax.
