Very poor service from Arab hairdresser. After the hair color I went home and washed my hair myself and still Color were remained on my scalp. I am not suggesting this place at all!! He does not know how to treat well a customer; while blow dry he didn’t even comb my hair first which end up hurting my scalp. If you respect yourself enough and love your hair and want a good treatment for your hair never go to this place!!!

You know your hair stylist knows hair when she becomes a detective and starts investigating your hair routine, products, and tools to figure out what I’ve been doing wrong that had caused my damaged ends! She not only revived my hair but gave me so much advice and “hair education” to keep my color and look fresh and low maintenance! Always a pleasure to be in Ella’s beauty seat! The salon atmosphere is so friendly and buzzing with beauty, highly recommend it!

I wish there was a half or no star for this place. The worst place I’ve ever walked into. I made an appointment in the morning and the owner confirmed with the hair stylist “Shawn” and said she’s “fantastic”! Id say one thing about her, she’s fantastically rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even know how to even talk. The moment I walked in, nobody came to check if i had an appointment for good 10-15 mins. They were basically clueless and said I had no appointment and I should come back later or in her words that she kept uttering in front of all other customers that “SHE SHOULD BE GONE BY NOW”! I literally waited there for an hour to just check if anyone gets free to which she was absolutely reckless and rude!! I’m never gonna waste my time here. Id recommended others to stay away from this place. Don’t waste your time here. Not worth it.

Im glad I got ignored for a booking. I text and got a call back from a man who I let him know what I wanted. He ask for date and time and was going to confirm and text or call me back that same day. Came the next day nothing Next day I texts and nothing and then again after and nothing so he MIA. Very unprofessional. Doesnt even have the courtesy to respond. Now seeing the surge negative comment everywhere, it was for the best! This place is not going to last if it countiune like this.

I’d give this salon zero stars if I was able. I saw Karen and she was highly unprofessional and rude. I bought a groupon and she called me “cheap” for not paying an extra $30 on top of what I already paid saying she didn’t make enough money on groupon. During my haircut she constantly insulted me calling me “weird” and “rude.” I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. The haircut was terrible and she refused to blow dry my hair. I left in tears with soaking wet hair and a terrible cut!!

I have gotten my hair cut by many different barbers and I have to say Lolita is very detailed with everything she does. I know I have difficult thinning hair, but she is still able to work with what I have and do an amazing job. I highly recommend her if you are looking for some one that cares about their craft.

I have been going to Ella for 10+ years! She is a hair guru (amazing cuts, color, blowouts and straightening…I get it all) The salon is chic with a warm environment, you feel at home there, everyone is so friendly and nice! Also I feel amazing about my hair and relaxed (which is a big bonus) after every visit! Love, love, love!

I came here for Lolita the Barber. Hands down BEST cut I have ever had! She’s friendly, and very detailed which is great! Booking an appointment was easy which was provides with a link on her instagram, atmoshpehere is great, and location is great! Not far from Starbucks. Pricing is fantastic for the service which is also unique unlike many barbers out there with a few options to choose from such as a hair wash! DEFINITELY highly recommend going to her!
