I have extremely long hair. And the salon is reassured me numerous times that my hair will come out perfect. I had a bad experience in the beginning of Corona just before it happened lady cut my hair and messed up and I had to go short. And the staff at the salon is very most nice. Had probably the best gel manicure of my life with Alyssa!! I notoriously have my gel peel from my cuticles after a week at best and this lasted over two weeks up to a wedding I was going to. Also I can’t stand ridged or sharp nails because I’ll pick them or file them constantly and there were no edges at all, all smooth and lovely. So happy with it!

My regular stylist moved out of state so I tried Ella Rae yesterday and Michelle was amazing. She did a wash, cut, and eyebrows and was friendly, quick, and efficient. Asked her to take off only what was necessary to clean it up, same with eyebrows and she really did a great job, I’m very happy. Will definitely be back.

Very highly recommended.I found this salon via Groupon while trying to find a new salon in my area after my stylist of 22 years retired, and one bad experience after another at a local walk-in chain. Everyone at Ella Rae was so kind, and the salon is taking great precautions for Covid. Gabriella was terrific – listened to what my goals were and gave me one of the best haircuts/styles I have ever had – and at my age that says a lot! I will definitely be a regular. Karla has been doing my hair for 25 years now and I have never been disappointed! L I have changed my hair color and cut several times over the years, some of them quite drastic and it always turns out better than I pictured. Not a bad thing to say about any staff member at Ella Rae. They are like a small family and make you not only look amazing but feel it too!

This salon is excellent! There is a review from a Stephanie on here- Do not listen to it! I happened to be getting my hair colored the day she was there and left that review- she is crazy! She came in for her appointment over two hours late, complained about another salon she had just been to a week before, and wanted the stylist to “fix” it. The stylist was really patient and tried to accommodate her but told her there was only so much she could do. Stephanie was rude to everyone in the place, including the poor receptionist. I witnessed the whole thing. And not only is her “review” mean- it’s just inaccurate. Telling a stylist she should be ashamed to pick up scissors? Stephanie should be ashamed, after showing up over two hours late and treating everyone the way she did, to leave a review like that. Yikes!

The salon is very cute and everyone was very friendly, BUT I went in to get my hair cut and highlighted and was not happy with the results. Towards the end of the appointment I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t look at the finished product as closely as I should have. When I got home later than night I realized my hair was not blended well at all (especially in the front – see picture), and was more yellow than blonde, which I specifically said I didn’t want.
