The owners are a husband and wife. They are so sweet and remember everything I like and don’t like every time I’m there. They are very careful with my ingrown toenails and sensitive to my mom and her sensitivities as well. They give fantastic massages and are very clean. Waxing is available, too. It’s taken me a long time, but I have finally found my spot!

Read previous reviews and decided to go into Ella’s. Nervous because a friend of mine got a fungus from a previous salon we went to. This place is SO clean. All tools & utensils were in a pack that I watch them open. The best part were the disposable tub liners that are put on for each pedicure and disposed of to ensure proper sanitation. The staff are so friendly and nice. I will definitely be recommending to others and coming back again soon!

Updated 7/3/2020: Ella Nails is always extremely clean and sanitary so I was not surprised to see them going above and beyond the PA state requirements for reopening post quarantine. All of their techs have been additionally certified and the waiting area is outside to limit the amount of people inside to just techs and clients. You are required to wear a mask to enter, sanitize your hands, and there are plexi barriers in between the techs and clients getting mainicures. Thank you to Ella Nails for making it a completely comfortable and stress-free experience to finally get our nails done again!

I hardly ever leave a review, but due to how I was recently treated here I felt it was necessary. The rudeness and utter disregard for the customers needs were appalling in my last visit. The owner was rude and just wanted to get my nails done. He didn’t care about my concerns or value my business. He was short and quick tempered with me. Your customers put you in the business and you should be patient with there concerns and wanting to please them. He challenged me because I asked for a different way for it to be done. I have had this way done before and at first this is how they did my nails, but I was matched with refusal and rudeness. If the owner was more professional I wouldn’t had to feel I had to walk out of the salon. I’m appalled because I researched their salon and they had a great rating, but I have to agree with the prior customer about their rudeness.

The owner and workers are very nice and professional. They are very clean and I am always happy with my gel manicure and pedicure from here. They also give great massages when you are getting a pedicure! Very relaxing and definitely recommend!
