I usually go to happily nails but waited to late to get the appointment time I needed so I came here. Cute salon and very nice people but very limited color selection and WAY over priced. I went for a fill on my UV gel nails, they didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and gave me coffin when I really wanted rounded, they left yellow on my nails from my last polish this time I got pink nails with 3 little watermelon seeds (they were dots not seed shape) with one green nail on my ring finger. They women didn’t seem like she wanted to do them and she charged a whopping $70 for a FILL!!! Never going there again I will continue to go to Happy Nails… not impressed.

I am very disappointed with them. I made an appointment for three for a pedicures. I was told in advance that the rate was $35.00 per person. That is a normal rate for many so we girls go in. Even with notice the staff was limited so we couldn’t be taken care of at the same time. My sister decided also to have a manicure It was her 60th Birthday. When time to pay the rate jumped to $55.00 per person… leaving my [email protected] at least that is what she showed me on the calculator only to find they removed $190.00 from my account. My sister even gave them a $40.00 tip. I called them and their numbers don’t match when I add up everything. We will never use them again.

I made an appointment weeks in advance for my wedding for myself and my bridesmaid and made of honor. I requested multiple times for them to complete us together and they offered to come in at 930 to start early to make sure we were done and got top service the day of my wedding. I arrived at 925 and no one was at the building yet I phoned and they answered while driving and let me know they were running late and would be there in 15-20 minutes. A lady arrived at 945 and was opening the store and turning everything on and sat me at a chair. She apologized, kind of, and sat the girls down at a station and let me know another lady would be here soon. At 1015 another lady arrived and started my bridesmaid nails. They continued to take other clients and my daughter had to wait to get her nails finished we didn’t get out until 1230!!! The rest of the day was behind all the way till I walked down the aisle.. they overcharged me and didn’t apologize for how long it took. The girls were hurrying so much they didn’t listen to what we wanted at all. Never again

The girls are always friendly starting with Be! As soon as you walk in the door, she remembers your name. They are always very professional and kind. My daughter & I have been going to Ella Nails for years. I give them all 5 stars! ☺

She did a great job making my nails look flawless but it was just a polish change that cost me just as much as a fill! Polish selection is also very limited for gel nail polish and they only get one brand of gel nail polish.

I love it here. They use high end to quality products to ensure you have the best relaxing experience when you get your nails, waxing , or pedicures done. The massage chairs are a wonderful addition to the best pedicure you’ll get in your life. The owner greets you by name everytime you come in and it’s a very calm relaxing environment. They also abide by Covid rules to ensure the safety of their customers. I refer everyone I know to come here. I have been coming to this salon for 4 years now and I will not take my business anywhere else. This is the BEST nail salon and spa in Newark New York.

They do a great job, every single time. **Edited from five stars down to three. The prices are continuing to climb and the nails are not getting better, but worse. It’s still the best place to go for eyebrows, as B, the owner does an amazing job. I only go here for the eyebrows and pedicure. This is one of two spots in the area to have any service, and it’s often hit or miss, depending on who you get to do your nails, so I don’t chance it anymore.
