Critical: QualityI got dip and within a day it chipped on both thumbs. I called to make a appt to fix two nails, show up for the appt, and it was never booked. Because they are soooo busy they couldn’t fit me in for 2 weeks to fix two nails. Within a week all the top coat of the polish chipped on all my fingers. Hair gets stuck in between my nails and the dip. I got dip and within a day it chipped on both thumbs. I called to make a appt to fix two nails, show up for the appt, and it was never booked. ***Update – The owner Liz reached out to me and was very nice and apologetic. She gave me multiple options on how she could make it right and ultimately refunded me for the service as that what was the best resolve for me. Definitely changed the way I view the business and will consider returning in the future for other services.

Just finished a brow tint and lash lift with Austin — I think he’s new so I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but it was not a good experience. He mixed black dye into my brow tint after I specifically said no black (I’m a redhead – I just wanted brown!) and then got chemicals in my eyes. I’ve never had any issues with lash lifts and chemicals getting in my eyes in the past – I won’t be returning.

Very disapointing. I have been looking for a new nail tech since mine left the industry. At first glance I loved this place. The receptionist was super friendly and my nail tech was very friendly and really seemed to know what she was doing. When she finished, in their poor lighting, my dip nails looked pretty good, but the second I walked outside I could see how bumpy and uneven they were. They look terrible! To top it off, it has been two days and I have had two of them just pop off. I paid twice as much to get a really subpar product. It makes me sad because I loved the atmosphere, but the finished product simply was worse than I have had anywhere.

Critical: ValueUpdate: I just called and they offered a fix or refund, so that was nice, but I still would not recommend for dip nails. they said the average appointment is in fact 2hours for this.I got an EXPRESS dip manicure and pedicure that lasted 2.5 hours and not in a luxurious way. They are already broken and chipped, but they said since I had nails from somewhere previous they didn’t know how to get my old dip off, so it took over an hour. They don’t use the tools to help get it off – they were all filed/shaped differently, but aside from time, I am not impressed with their “member pricing.”To get a dip manicure and all of that, it was over $100 which was at member pricing and they charge a $15 removal for nails and a $5 removal for shellac on your feet. And this was at member pricing. I immediately cancelled my membership. Wonderful service all around! Outstanding customer service and quality services. Ana is absolutely wonderful and an incredible nail artist. She worked with me for weeks leading up to my wedding and the final product of my nail design was stunning! Make sure to treat yourself to a glass of bubbles or a mimosa when you treat yourself!
