She is the only one I have ever felt comfortable enough to try new styles. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I have been going to Toni for 20 years. She has always been not only professional, but I always feel confident with her knowledge of hairstyle and color. She has always gone out of her to make sure all her clients are happy with her service and leave feeling great. I moved and still drive for forty minutes to have her work on my hair because she does exceptional work.

I was surprised at her technique in that it was more of a “home style” mom cutting my hair than a real stylist, very basic new learner type cutting. I was disappointed in how she cut, and the end result style. I would not go back to this Salon.**Update: Thanks to the Owner for responding to my review of Ella Beauty. There is nothing fake about this account, I went to your business and had my hair cut and was unhappy with the home-style way that your technique was. I used my nickname because I feared for retaliation since I was referred by a family member of yours….it seems I was very justified since your approach to any criticism of my experience with your salon was met with outright hostility and unprofessional words. Reviews are meant to be a way to praise -or- warn potential clients of what they may experience. I’m sorry you did not like my review but I stand by it…***Latest Update: Toni I see you have responded to my “update” by removing your first hostile answer to me and again accusing me of not being a client of yours. I also heard ( remember I know a family member) you are retelling, repeatedly, my review to any and all. Curiously, You have not had any reviews, besides mine, in months but within the last -9 hours- you miraculously scored 3 new reviews, I guess by begging and badgering clients with your sob story about mean ole’ Billie you boosted your rating? As a professional woman who regularly gets salon services, I was dissatisfied by the way you cut ~specifically~ being that you did the mom-comb-down-on-back and trim around, never handling sections of hair. It’s how I trim a 4 year olds hair at home. I allowed you to continue because if that’s how you cut, questioning you in the moment would not solve anything, it’s just how YOU cut hair. Maybe some people like that type of cut. I like professional, systematic cuts. I hope that you can see I am not out to trash your business, I simply stated my experience.
